The following list is representative of the types of claims and issues routinely handled by the firm:

• Multi-Employer Benefit Plans
• Management Side Labor Relations

The firm represented Taft Hartley Funds’ first RICO action brought by the United States Justice Department against a union and its benefit funds for the imposition of a Trusteeship. In addition, several of our Taft Hartley Fund clients have been with the firm in excess of 40 years. It has been involved in “cutting edge” litigation throughout that time in the ERISA field, creating new law. The firm prides itself on giving personal attention to its client's needs and knowledge of labor and benefits law. In addition to its unionized Employer clients, the firm represents several Employer Associations for labor and/or ERISA issues, affording daily consultation, handling grievances, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, and conducting educational presentations. The firm represents no unions.
